Directions: *Process chunks of watermelon (seeds and rind removed) in electric blender until pureed. Thread 3 to 4 watermelon balls on skewers; freeze. In pitcher blend watermelon juice, grapefruit juice, orange juice and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Chill thoroughly. Place one frozen watermelon ball skewer in each glass; fill with watermelon juice mixture. Serving Size: Serves 6 Nutritional Information: One serving provides 107 Calories, 25 g carbohydrate, 2 g protein, 0.7 g fat, and is a source of Vitamin A and a very high source of vitamin C. |
