Cinnamon Crunch Melon Kabobs
<0>Thread chunks of cantaloupe and honeydew on wooden skewers. Brush with melted butter and
roll in cinnamon sugar. Place kabobs on piece of foil on the barbecue. Heat until golden; turn
once.
Marvelous Melon Snacks
Remove rind from thin wedges of cantaloupe and honeydew. Wrap cantaloupe with thin slices
of prosciutto or Black Forest ham. Wrap honeydew with thin slices of smoked salmon or corned
beef. Place watercress on appetizer plates. Arrange wrapped melon slices on watercress.
