Contributed by: Susan E I used ground turkey breast for this (I'm assuming the nutritional info is for regular turkey breast). My dh and 2-year-old loved this -- I did too after adding a bunch more chili powder at the table (I like spicy). Ingredients:
Directions: Mix the chili spice blend ingredients together in small bowl and set aside. In a heavy 2-quart (or 3-quart) saucepan, combine the turkey, onions, and celery. Cook over medium heat, breaking the turkey apart with a spoon, until the turkey is crumbly and no longer pink. Stir in the garlic, bay leaf, and spice blend; cook the mixture a minute longer. Add the broth and tomato paste & stir until blended. Bring chili to a simmer, then reduce heat to low. Cook, stirring frequently, for 1 hour, or until chili reaches desired consistency.
