  • Realizing that no one diet fits all. Obesity is not necessarily about overeating. It's not a crime; it's a medical issue. A diet should be customized for the individual.

  • Taking into account the emotional issues and stress buttons that adversely trigger bad eating habits and that keep health and happiness linked to food.

  • Searching your belief system when it comes to food, altering lifestyle habits and, most of all, loving yourself no matter what.
