Have some breakfast for dinner
(NC) - There is nothing so versatile than the egg. In this simple recipe from Knorr (www.knorr.ca), the egg is brought to new heights with the addition of Cream of Leek Soup mix and broccoli. Bon Appétit!
Preheat the oven to 375 F (190 C).
Place the frozen pie crust on a baking sheet.
In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, basil and soup mix. Stir in the broccoli and cheese. Pour mixture into the pie crust and bake 40 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the centre comes out clean.
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
Serving Size: Makes 8 Servings
