Blue Apple Frosty

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh or slightly thawed
  • frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions:

In blender combine blueberries, apple juice, frozen yogurt, milk and cinnamon.

Blend until smooth.

Serve immediately.

Serving Size: Yield: about 4 cups
