Watermelon Smoothie

Your kids will love this nutritious drink, especially if you hand out straws! Serve this for breakfast or as a mid-afternoon snack.
Ingredients:
- 4 cups ( 1 L) seeded, diced red or yellow watermelon
- 2 cups (500 mL) peeled peach slices
- 1 cup (250 mL) yogurt
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) sugar
- 2 tbsp (25 mL) fresh lime juice
- Ice cubes
Directions:
Whirl watermelon and peaches in a blender. Add yogurt, sugar and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
Serve with ice cubes.
