Toss greens and cucumber together. Sprinkle lightly with dill.
Add 1 oz. of Dijon Dressing per portion and toss well.
Turn onto chilled plates and serve.
Place yolks in bowl, add mustard and whisk a few minutes.
Add vinegar and whisk again. Slowly add oil, whisking all the time.
This fresh green salad is crisp and cool looking.
