Flavourful Dips Make Healthy Snacking Easy

(NC) - With the growing trend to more frequent snacking, it's no surprise that Canada is becoming a nation of dippers since dips encourage us to eat healthy fruits and vegetables more often. According to ACNielsen, refrigerated dip sales in Canada grew by 6 per cent in 2004.
