Heat oven to 275 F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, spray with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except nuts. Add nuts; mix until evenly coated.
Spread nuts in a single layer on prepared baking sheet. Bake 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Store in airtight container.
