Top Wings

Ingredients:

• 5 nos. chicken wings
• 2 Tbsp 8 to 8 Sauce
• Monosodium glutamate (MSG) to taste
• 1 Tbsp soya sauce
• 2 cloves garlic
• 2 Tbsp oil
• 1/2 tsp sichuan (szechuan) pepper
• 1/2 tsp five spice powder
• salt & pepper to taste

Arrange chicken wings on a skewer, Char grill them and serve hot.
