Here, we usually prepare our "bombas" in disposable cups (as they're usually purchased from street vendors), so that's the measurement I'll indicate-fill the cup with jicama, then add salt, chili powder, lemon juice, pineapple vinegar to taste, and put the cheese and onion on top. Then serve-everyone mixes their own! I recommend you go light on the vinegar, unless you're accustomed to consuming a lot. It does add a lot of flavor, but too much ruins this snack! +++++++++++++++ |
