Allow 1 cup (250mL) per 2 lb (1kg) of turkey.
Combine bread crumbs and seasonings.
In a small skillet, melt butter. Add onion and celery. Saute until onion is transparent.
Toss with bread crumb mixture.
Serving Size: Yield: 4 cups
