Mrs Dash's Better Than Pizza Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium potatoes, baked
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed oregano leaves
  • 1/4 cup chopped red and green bell peppers
  • 4 teaspoons Molly McButter Natural Butter Flavor Sprinkles
  • 4 tablespoons shredded low-fat Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup canned diced tomatoes, drained
  • Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy Blend, to taste

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Slice open tops of baked potatoes and scoop potato from shells (leaving a 1/4 inch of potato on skin) into medium bowl. Add Natrual Butter Flavor Sprinkles, oregano, and red and green bell peppers and diced tomatoes; mix well. Spoon mixture into potato shells.

Sprinkle with cheese. Top with diced tomatoes. Bake 10 minutes or until potatoes are heated through and cheese is melted. Shake on Extra Spicy Blend, to taste.

Preparation Time: Approximately 15 minutes - Cooking Time: 10 minutes
