Cream Cheese Potatoes

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp. onion flakes
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 8 potatoes, sliced
- 8 oz. cream cheese, cubed
Directions:
Butter inside of crockpot to prevent sticking. Combine onion, garlic, salt and pepper; set aside. Layer 1/4 potatoes in bottom of Crock-Pot. Sprinkle with 1/4 seasonings. Layer with 1/3 cream cheese cubes.
Continue layering, ending with potatoes and remaining seasonings. Cover and cook on HIGH 3-4 hours until potatoes are fork-tender. In last hour of cooking, stir potatoes to distribute cream cheese.
