Cucumbers in Sour Cream

(NC) - Complementary flavours for an appetizing side dish.

Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp 30 mL lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp 3 mL salt
• dash pepper
• 1/2 tsp 3 mL paprika
• small onion, minced
• small clove garlic, crushed
• 1 cup 250 mL Gay Lea Sour Cream
• 2 medium cucumbers, peeled and sliced thinly

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Mix and refrigerate. Toss lightly before serving.
