Here's a rice recipe that fits in a number of diet plans. Ingredients:
Directions: Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add onions; cook until onions begin to brown (about 8 minutes). Add rice, beans, sour cream, cheese and black pepper. Stir until well blended and cheese is melted. Serving Size: Makes 6 Servings Nutritional Information: Per Serving: 291 calories, 11 grams protein, 11 grams fat, 37 grams carbohydrate, 6 grams dietary fiber, 26 milligrams cholesterol and 701 milligrams sodium. |
