(NC) - Potatoes have sometimes received an unfair reputation for being fattening, but that's because of the toppings people use. To keep those calories down, here are a few suggestions to add to the all new, unique tasting, rose-coloured Klondike Rose or any other potato variety when serving:
Chives or parsley mixed with yogurt

Light "sour" cream (pepper and lemon beaten with cottage cheese)
