Directions: In a mortar or mini processor mash to a paste the garlic, hazelnuts, parsley and a 1/8 teaspoon salt. Heat the oil in a skillet and sautÄ the onion a minute or two. Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Add the mushrooms and saute 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, then add the mortar mixture and continue cooking slowly until the mushrooms are cooked to taste. Serving Size: Serves 4 |
