Pineapple and Ham Spread

This elegant, but easy-to-make, starter will have them asking for more!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (250 mL) Nordica Cottage Cheese, puréed
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped cooked ham
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) parsley, finely chopped

Directions:

Combine ingredients in small bowl.

Serve with crackers or in mini pitas.
