Jalapeno Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain non-fat yogurt
  • 3 TBS skim milk
  • 1 TBS minced jalapeno peppers
  • 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions:

Stir all ingredients together. Cover and chill until serving time.

Tip:

It is recommended that you use bottled minced peppers and garlic products to save time.
