Hot Sesame and Chili Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup dark sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup hot chili oil
  • 1/4 cup sake
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 small garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • dried chili pepper, for garnish

Directions:

Stir together all the ingredients except the dried chili pepper in a small bowl. Garnish with the dried chili pepper.

Serve with oysters.

Serving Size: Makes one cup
