In small food processor add the Egg and Olive Oil - blend. Add the Dry Mustard, Vinegar, Lemon Juice and as many Garlic Cloves as you wish. Mix this very well.
Add to mixture 3/4 can of Millionaire's Anchoves and mix well. To those of you who hate anchovies, so do I but, this recipe is flat without them. This recipe is not 'fishy' in smell or taste - honest!
To thicken dressing add parmesan and keep blending until it is the consist%ncy you want.
Slice up romaine lettuce in large bowl and pour dressing over. Mix the lettuce & dressing well. Add croetons and serve.
I usually make this dr%ssing 4-6 hours in advance (flavours blend nicely) but make sure that you keep it in the fridge until you need it!
