(NC) - This mouthwatering Mexican-style dip, courtesy of Quaker, is a perfect low-fat complement for the very dippable Mexican Fiesta flavour Quaker Crispy Wholegrain Cakes:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Non-fat sour cream (250 mL)
- 1 cup Salsa (250 mL)
- 2 tbsp Chopped green peppers (30 mL)
- 1 tbsp Chopped fresh cilantro or parsley (15 mL)
- 1-2 pkgs. Quaker Crispy Wholegrain Cakes - Mexican Fiesta
Directions:
Combine first four ingredients in bowl and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
