Zesty Chili Dip

(NAPSA) - For many cooks, dried soup mix can be a key ingredient in a variety of seasonal dishes.
It can be used to spice up everything from brunch quiche to entertaining dips, allowing cooks to be both versatile and creative, without a lot of extra work.
Here's an example of a mouthwatering dip that your guests will love, made with Knorr Recipe Classics.
Ingredients:
- 1 container (16 oz.) sour cream
- 1 medium tomato, chopped (about 1 cup)
- 1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, drained
- 1 package Knorr Recipe Classics Leek Soup, Dip and Recipe Mix
- 3-4 tsp. chili powder
Directions:
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; chill at least 2 hours.
Stir before serving. Serve with corn tortilla chips or cut-up vegetables.
Variation:
For Cheese Chili Dip, stir in 4 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
