Basil-Lemon Marinade

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (12oz) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 1/2 cup slivered fresh basil leaves or 2 1/2 t dried basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup olive or vegetable oil

Directions:

Mix all ingredients.

Serving Size: Makes about 1 1/4 cups
