Crush 3 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal; place in shallow pan. Quickly roll 6 scoops (1/2 cup each) vanilla ice cream (1 scoop at a time) in cereal to coat. Place coated scoops of ice cream in ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan. Cover and freeze about 2 hours. Set oven control to broil. Uncover pan.
