Contributed by: News Canada Inspire kids to learn to bake this winter (NC) - To kids, baking is one part science and one part magic. You mix up a bunch of ingredients, follow a few simple instructions and end up with treats that taste 10 times yummier than anything you can buy in a store. Of course, spending time together with your budding chef can be pretty magical for you, too.
Ingredients:
Directions: In a large pot over medium heat, melt margarine and marshmallows. In a large bowl, combine melted marshmallows with popcorn and chocolate pieces. With lightly greased hands, pat popcorn mixture into nonstick mini bundt cake pans. Place in refrigerator for 5 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate. Great for sleepovers and holiday parties. Note: If you don't have mini bundt pans, you can use a large bundt or angel food pan or mini muffin tins or simply form popcorn balls. |
