Cranberry Clusters

Homemade food gifts are fun to give and receive, and best of all one size fits all! Wrap up
the goodies and you're ready to present. The following recipe is the perfect treat for any
occasion.
Ingredients:
- 6 squares white chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup (250 mL) Craisins® Sweetened Dried Cranberries
Directions:
Place chocolate in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at medium power (50%) for 3
minutes to partially melt chocolate.
Remove and stir until completely melted. Stir in Craisins® Sweetened Dried
Cranberries.
Drop small spoonfuls onto a foil-lined cookie sheet. Refrigerate until firm, about 15 minutes.
Wrap well and store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Serving Size: Makes about 16 clusters.
