Cookie Monster Cookies

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoon water
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
Directions:
Sift flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon into bowl.
Mix in vegetable oil, 3 tbsp. water, and egg.
Mix in 1/2 C. raisins, 1-1/2 C. oatmeal and 1 C. brown sugar.
Drop small teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 min. or more in 350 oven.
