(Ham & Egg Wraps)

Ingredients:

  • 3 each eggs; hard-cooked
  • 12 slice ham; 5 x 1
  • 1 small onions, pickled; or red sweet pepper slice

Directions:

Peel and quarter eggs. Wrap a ham slice around each egg quarter, leaving egg ends showing. Secure ham with a wood pick.

Garnish with onions, pepper slices, chives or anchovies.

Serving Size: Makes 12 Appetizers
