Jim`s Country Style Pork Ribs

Contributed by: James Bray

These Bar-b-qued Ribs take about an hour and fifteen minutes to cook. They come out tender and ready to eat and you don`t have to spend a half of a day cooking them.

Ingredients:

  • 6 country style pork ribs
  • 1 48oz can pineapple juice
  • 1 bottle of bar-b-que sauce or your own sauce recipe

Directions:

Trim excess fat from ribs.

Put ribs in a large stock pot, add juice.

Boil the ribs for 1 hour, drain.

Place ribs on a cookie sheet, and baste with bar-b-que sauce.

Place in oven and broil for 2 1/2 minutes. Take out, baste and broil the other side.

Take out the third time, baste and let set for ten minutes. They are ready to serve.

Serving Size: Makes 6 Servings
