Contributed by: James Bray These Bar-b-qued Ribs take about an hour and fifteen minutes to cook. They come out tender and ready to eat and you don`t have to spend a half of a day cooking them. Ingredients:
Directions: Trim excess fat from ribs. Put ribs in a large stock pot, add juice. Boil the ribs for 1 hour, drain. Place ribs on a cookie sheet, and baste with bar-b-que sauce. Place in oven and broil for 2 1/2 minutes. Take out, baste and broil the other side. Take out the third time, baste and let set for ten minutes. They are ready to serve. Serving Size: Makes 6 Servings |
