Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza

sauce-a zesty part of recipes (including the original Buffalo chicken wings) for more than 75
years. Whether the song-set to your favorite tune-is blues, hot rock, folk, country or a stirring
ballad, it'll be music to the ears of contest judges. In the meantime, try this great recipe (one of
Frank's favorites) to stimulate your appetite and creativity.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1/3 cup Frank's RedHot Sauce
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 prebaked pizza shells, 12" each
- 1 cup pizza or barbecue sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 blue cheese or ranch dressing
Directions:
In bowl, toss chicken with RedHot sauce and butter. Place pizza shells on baking sheets.
Spread shells with pizza sauce. Sprinkle with chicken mixture, cheese and celery. Bake at 400
F for 15 minutes. Drizzle with dressing.
Cut into wedges to serve.
Serving Size: Makes 8 servings.
