For your turkey leftovers.


  • 3 large Onions, chopped
  • 4 tbsp of Oil
  • 4 tbl spoons of Brown Sugar
  • 3 cloves of chopped Garlic
  • 750 ml good quality Ketchup
  • 1 tbl. spoon Dry Mustard
  • Turkey pieces (leftovers - excluding breast)
  • 8 oz Orange Juice


Place chopped onions and oil on medium high heat in the frying pen. Add brown sugar, garlic, ketchup and mustard. Stir on slow low heat.

Cut the bones out of turkey ( bones can be use for cooking soup), put pieces in a large baking dish.

Pour mixture over meat, cover place in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. After 30 min in the oven add orange juice - not diluted.

In another 1/2 hour it is delicious and ready to eat. DO NOT COUNT ON LEFTOVERS.
