(NC) - A delicious combination, warm melted Brie with crispy bacon & fruity mango chutney.
Spread slices of cooked Ciabatta with Sharwood's Bengal Spice Mango Chutney.
To make the Panini, load the bottom slices with pieces of Brie and plenty of cooked streaky bacon. Place the other slices of Ciabatta on top.
Brush both sides of the Panini with oil and barbecue the Panini a couple at a time, pressing them down with a spatula. Cook each side for a couple of minutes, until the Brie begins to melt.
Drain on kitchen paper, and serve immediately with a green salad.
