Contributed by: News Canada (NC) -- An Easter Brunch is never complete without a quiche. This one is just different enough to impress everybody with your ingenuity! Ingredients:
Directions: Fry onion in butter until golden. Combine with cottage cheese, parsley and beaten eggs. Season to taste. Beat well and pour into pastry shell. Bake 15 minutes at 375°F (190°C). Reduce heat to 325°F (160°C) and bake for 45 minutes. Preparation time: 6 minutes. Baking time: 1 hour Serving Size: Makes 4 servings |
