Directions: Cut bread into cubes. Spread half bread over bottom of 8 x 12 inch (2.5 L) greased baking dish. Top with half chicken-ham, red pepper, green onions and cheese. Repeat ingredients to make a second layer. In bowl, beat eggs with milk and seasoning. Pour evenly over entire surface. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes to overnight. Bake at 375 F (190 C) for 35 to 45 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Serving Size: Makes 4 to 6 servings. Nutritional Information: Per serving: 292 calories, 24g protein, 16g fat, 13g carbohydrate, trace dietary fibre. |
