With the growing interest in a low-carb lifestyle, many people are saying goodbye to hamburger buns and embracing low-carb options such as lettuce wraps. Fortunately, cutting carbs doesn't mean you have to sacrifice taste. Coors had this in mind when creating Aspen Edge, its new low-carb lager for carb-conscious beer lovers who still want real beer taste. Preheat outdoor grill to high heat. Melt margarine in a small saucepan over medium heat. Mix in beer, steak seasoning, salt and pepper. Let mixture cool, then rub mixture onto chicken. Place chicken on grill for 30 minutes total, flipping chicken breasts 2-4 times during cooking, and continue to baste with remaining margarine mixture. Top chicken with sliced peppers and optional onions. Preheat outdoor grill to high heat. Tenderize meat by piercing steaks several times with a fork. In small bowl, mix beer, teriyaki sauce and brown sugar. Place steaks in bowl, and coat steaks with marinade. Let stand for 5 to 30 minutes, then remove steaks, and sprinkle steaks with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Place steaks on grill for 7 to 8 minutes per side (or until desired doneness).
