Chicken Wings, Mexicana

Ingredients:
- 32 chicken wings
- 1 T. vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 C diced onion
- 1 1/2 c. diced green and red pepper
- 1 1/2 c diced canned tomatoes
- 1 1/2 T tomato paste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 t. salt (optional)
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 1/4 t. chili powder
- 1/2 envelope beef onion soup or 1 c brown gravy mix.
Directions:
Saute onion in oil until soft. Combine all ingredients and pour over chicken.
Place in a baking dish. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes until tender.
Serve hot in sauce.
