Applesauce Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 2 cup corn flakes
  • 1 egg; slightly beaten
  • 3 tablespoon onion; dried minced
  • 2/3 cup applesauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 10 1/2 oz can condensed tomato soup
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except soup and water. Shape meatballs. Combine soup and water and pour over meatballs.

Bake 350 F about 1 hour or until done.

Serving Size: Makes 4 Servings
