Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces ground lean pork
  • 8 ounces veal or beef
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch nutmeg or ground cloves
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten

  • 1 small onion, grated
  • Oil for frying

Directions:
