Meat Loaf

A nice traditional dish.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tablespoon ketchup/BBQ sauce
- 1 egg
- salt & pepper to taste
- 2 slices white bread, crumbled
Directions:
Pour a small amount of grease into pan. Put in mixture, cover and cook 1 hour. Remove cover for last 15 minutes.
Bake at 350 F.
Roll.
Place foil on table
Lay meat, then layer with ham silces, swiss cheese and finely chopped parley.
Use foil to roll into a loaf. Place in pan and bake.
