Easy Steak Fajitas

1 package Maple Leaf Grilled Sirloin Steak Strips
1 package Fajita Shells
1 each Red Pepper, Green Pepper, Onion
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese and Salsa to taste
Slice peppers and onions into strips.
On MEDIUM-HIGH, preheat a large non-stick skillet and add vegetable oil. Combine vegetables with Maple Leaf Grilled Sirloin Steak Strips. Heat for 3-4 minutes or until vegetables become soft.
Spoon the vegetable and meat mixture onto fajita shells and top with Monterey Jack cheese and salsa to taste. Fold fajitas and serve.
Serving Size: Makes 4 Six-Inch Fajitas
