Directions: In skillet or large saucepan, cook ground beef and onion until meat is browned and onion is tender. Drain. Stir in sugar, cinnamon, cumin and salt; mix well. Cook 2 minutes. Stir in undrained tomatoes, diced pears and vinegar. Cook 3 to 5 minutes to heat through. Serving Suggestions: Serve as a filling for tacos, burritos or as an entree with rice and a vegetable.
