without the soy taste. This recipe is made with lactose-free Vitamite 100 non-dairy beverages. Vitamite 100 is rich in vitamins, low in sodium and is
cholesterol-free.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Vitamite 100
- 1 cup water
- 1 can (8 oz.) frozen orange juice
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 12 ice cubes
Directions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Serving Size: 2 to 3 servings
