Tasty Options In Search For Nutritious Drinks(NAPSI) - Stirring up a lot of interest are some fun ways to drink to your health. People who can't tolerate milk but still want to boost their nutrition now have a tasty option made with a lactose-free milk alternative that is nutritious without the soy taste. This recipe is made with lactose-free Vitamite 100 non-dairy beverages. Vitamite 100 is rich in vitamins, low in sodium and is cholesterol-free.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Vitamite 100
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 can (8 oz.) frozen orange juice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 12 ice cubes

Directions:

Blend all ingredients until smooth.

Serving Size: 2 to 3 servings
