The Summertime Blues

(NC) - Try this hot new summer drink recipe at your next cottage or backyard party.

Ingredients:

• 1 oz. vodka
• 1/2 oz. Apricot liqueur
• 1/2 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 4 oz. orange juice
• Apricot slice

In cocktail shaker filled with ice, add vodka, apricot liqueur, freshly squeezed lemon juice and orange juice. Shake until chilled and strain into a collins glass filled with ice. Garnish with an apricot slice and serve.
