The Canuck Cocktail

(NC) - Try this hot new summer drink recipe at your next cottage or backyard party.
- 1 1/2 oz. Canadian Whisky
- 4 oz. pineapple juice
- Juice of 1/4 lemon
- 1/4 oz. Grenadine
- Pineapple Spear
- Maraschino Cherry
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add whisky, pineapple juice,
lemon juice and grenadine. Shake until chilled and strain into a cocktail glass lightly
rimmed with sugar. Garnish with a pineapple spear and maraschino cherry.
