(NC) - This recipe is an excellent source of Vitamin B12 and Calcium and a good source of Riboflavin.
Make 2 cups of coffee to your specifications. Cool. Freeze in an ice cube tray.
When the coffee is frozen, remove the coffee cubes and store them in a freezer bag until you have the urge for an Iced Soyaccino.
When the urge hits you - whirl up 4 coffee cubes and 1 cup Soyaccino in a blender until smooth.
Optional - Want an after dinner drink on a hot summer night? Follow the above recipe and add 1 tbsp. coffee liquor.
