Gibson's Pomegranate Sour

(NC) - If anyone gives you a tough time about drinking this pinkish-hued cocktail just tell them you're in it for the anti-oxidants. If that doesn't work, get them to taste it. It's hard to argue with something this refreshing.

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 oz. Gibson's Finest 12 year-old Canadian Whisky
• 2 oz. pomegranate juice
• Juice from 1/2 lemon
• 1/2 tsp. powered sugar

Combine Gibson's, pomegranate juice, lemon juice and sugar in an ice-filled cocktail shaker and shake until well chilled. Pour into an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice and garnish with a lemon wheel and a few pomegranate seeds.
