Directions: Heat oil over medium heat in large saucepan; add onion. Cook, stirring frequently, 3 minutes or until tender. Add meat; cook until brown. Drain. Stir in cocoa, chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt, allspice, cinnamon, tomatoes with liquid, tomato paste and water; heat to boiling. Reduce heat. Add chocolate pieces and beans; simmer 30 minutes. Ladle chili into prepared bread bowls. Garnish as desired. Mix sugar, cocoa and salt in large mug. Heat milk in microwave at HIGH (100%) 1 1/2 minutes or until hot. Gradually add hot milk to cocoa mixture in mug, stirring until well blended. Stir in vanilla. Makes 1 Serving Serving Size: Makes 14 Servings |
